The weekly schedule is set individually with every rider
Every horse is matched to the rider. Beginners get the quiet, forgiving ones; experienced riders get horses they can move up the levels with.

Minimal theory, maximum hands-on work. From zero to a confident groom in one week. We extend a second week for those who want it.
A groom is a rider’s right hand — and often both hands and feet. A good groom knows the whole operation and can not only help but call it when something looks off.
The job is in demand: at large show barns a groom earns $400 to $600 per horse per month, and you can take on several — as long as you can keep up. For many it is the step before becoming an assistant trainer or barn manager.
